• Principal investigator for project “Photocatalytic Degradation of Phenol in Polluted Seawater Using Carbon-Modified Titanium Dioxide Nanoparticles” funded by KAU (330/150-2011).

   

• Co-investigator for the project “Evaluation of the environmental status of Al'Shabab and Al'Arbaeen lagoons five years after the implementation of the rehabilitation program” funded by KAU, under the grant no (430/004-8).  

   

• Co-investigator for the project “Phosphorus speciation in the coastal sediments of eastern Red Sea” funded by KAU, under the grant no (301/150//431).
